We are so happy to be a part of this festival for another year! Born and raised in Florida, artist Jeff Riggan creates original nautical and beach-themed pieces inspired by his surroundings-whether it’s the Gulf waters and shores, rivers or even in his own backyard. He uses recycled materials for his canvases and 2-D creations and adds a colorful twist with bright, bold paints and well-honed artistic techniques.
